font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt; de Qi Gong&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;arrancamos con automasaje&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt; y movimiento de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;articulaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt; una vez terminada la preparación para estar en un estado de mayor relajación comenzamos los estiramientos de meridianos, el primero que realizamos fue el estiramiento del&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt; meridiano de pulmón&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;, éste es el que controla todo el Qi (energía) del organismo haciéndolo descender (igual que a los líquidos) durante la inspiración y durante la exhalación difunde los líquidos y Wei Qi hacia el exterior; el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;Wei Qi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt; es la energía de protección del organismo que circula por la superficie del cuerpo. Luego de repetirlo en varias oportunidades para corregir la postura y el movimiento además de buscar el ritmo de la respiración y visualizar imaginariamente su recorrido pasamos al estiramiento del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;meridiano de intestino grueso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt; que es el compañero de elemento -&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;METAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;- del pulmón, el primero es su aspecto Yin y el segundo su expresión Yang.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;Estirar el meridiano de intestino es llevarle &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana; font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;Qi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt; para estimular su función de transformación de los desechos que vienen del intestino delgado y su posterior eliminación  y la reabsorción de los líquidos restantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;
